Returns and Exchanges

We want you to LOVE everything you order! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange. Click here to start your return or exchange.


Standard Policy

  1. You have 21 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them (no scents, stains, or pet hair).
  3. Tags intact.

Holiday Returns (Extended Time!)

  1. Orders placed Nov 1 – Dec 18 can be returned or exchanged until Jan 5.
    Orders placed after Dec 18 follow our normal 21-day policy (All regular exclusions and rules still apply.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

  1. Custom or sale items are final sale.  You can spot these by the world "SALE" in the product name or by purchasing from the SALE section of our site.  
  2. Mystery dress orders are NOT eligible for a return or exchange.
  3. Gift Cards

Exchanges & Sizing Help

  1. Unsure about sizing? Visit the product page and click the pink “Size Guide” link for measurements.
  2. If your requested exchange is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund, exchange for another item or store credit.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

  2. Return/exchange shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless:

    1. You received the wrong item, or

    2. There’s a manufacturing defect (in which case, we’ll cover it!).    

    3.  You purchased return coverage.                                                                     

  3. Once we confirm your return, we’ll ship your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.


What is returns coverage?

When you opt-in for returns coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.  This excludes SALE items, Mystery packs and Wholesale orders.

If you decide not to buy returns coverage, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.


How soon will I get my refund or be able to exchange? 

Once your package has been received by the carrier or inspected by our team your exchange/refund will be issued. 


Gift Returns

Gift returns are only eligible for store credit.
