Return/exchange shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless:
You received the wrong item, or
There’s a manufacturing defect (in which case, we’ll cover it!).
You purchased return coverage.
Once we confirm your return, we’ll ship your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
When you opt-in for returns coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE. This excludes SALE items, Mystery packs and Wholesale orders.
If you decide not to buy returns coverage, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
Once your package has been received by the carrier or inspected by our team your exchange/refund will be issued.
Gift returns are only eligible for store credit.
