Returns and Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges:  
Receiving products you love is most important to us!  We accept returns/exchanges up to 14 days from date of purchase.  Shipping costs on returns/exchanges are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return/exchange is due to defects in manufacturing or you received the incorrect item.  

Due to its nature, custom and sale items can not be returned or exchanged.  Returns will only be accepted on full priced items. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (no smells of cigarettes, laundry detergent and/or pet hair) and we require a proof of purchase.

To process a return/exchange:

1)  Please email us at hello@MILAandROSE.com with proof of purchase and pictures (if necessary)
2)  Package securely and ship with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx:

3) We will contact you once return/exchange is received and accepted.  At that point we will ship your replacement or refund your funds to your original payment method.

To return items purchased from a local retailer:  
Please contact the retailer for further assistance.  We cannot accept returns of any Mila & Rose merchandise not purchased directly from MILAandROSE.com


Gifts:  
Please follow the steps above and include the name and address of the person who placed the order and indicate the return/exchange item is a gift.  We will make an exchange, but cannot issue a refund except to the original purchaser.
