● What is the Twirl Club?
○ The Twirl Club is our loyalty and referrals program. Earn points on every purchase, by
leaving reviews, sharing Mila & Rose on Facebook, and much more! Redeem points for
discounts on your orders!
● How do I create an account?
○ Signing up is easy! Create an account here.
*Important: anyone who purchases earns points and is a member of the loyalty program, however, to be
able to redeem those points and have advantages you must sign up on our Twirl Club page.*

● How do I earn points?
○ Every purchase you make is rewarded with points! You can also earn points by following
us on social media, referring friends, sharing feedback on our products, etc. More details
on our Twirl Club page!
● How do I redeem points?
○ Redeeming points is easy! Once you go to checkout, simply apply your points from the
drop down menu for money off of your order.

● Do my points expire?
○ Points never expire!

● Can I use my loyalty rewards and a discount code on the same order?
○ Unfortunately, you are not able to use loyalty rewards and a discount code on the same order. 

● What is the referral program?
○ You can refer a friend and get $10* off. Give your friends $10* off of their first order and
get $10* in points for each successful referral.
*for any order over $50*

● I referred a friend but did not receive my reward. Why?
○ Your friend must make a purchase of $50 or + using your referral link in order to receive
your referral points. Be sure to remind your friends to make their purchase!

● How to collect points from reviews?
○ Points are given to verified buyers only. Reviewers who have a confirmed purchase in our
store.

● How do I earn points for a review?
○ Points can be earned for reviews on Verified Orders. Verified orders are review requests
that are emailed to you a couple of weeks after your order was placed. From that email
you can submit a review on a recent verified order. Reviews written on the website
directly are not able to be verified by the Rewards system and are not eligible for Reward
points.

● When will points hit my account?
○ In most cases, points should hit your account almost instantaneously. Please let us know
if you have any issues with your account!

● What do I do if I have questions about my account or points status?

questions or concerns you may have!
