Shipping

Order Processing, Tracking and Shipping:  Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days.  Once your order is ready to ship, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.  Our shipping partners are USPS and UPS.  

**Please note that according to the shipping carriers, orders placed after December 17th are not expected to arrive before December 25. 

**During the holiday season, we are happy to offer an extended return/exchange policy. Orders placed between November 1 - December 18 are eligible for return/exchange up through January 5. All orders placed after December 18 are subject to the normal 21 day return policy. **Please note that all existing policies, exceptions, and exclusions apply for the holiday extension.**

Our most common shipping method is the United States Post Office:

First Class Mail shipping averages 2-5 days
Priority Mail shipping averages 1-4 days - comes with $50 insurance
Express Mail shipping averages 1-2 days - comes with insurance

Order with upgraded "Priority Shipping" will ship either USPS or UPS.  Our team will pick the faster of the 2 methods.  Priority orders get bumped to the top of our shipping queue.  

UPS has similar shipping time frames.  These shipping day averages are not a guarantee. We are not responsible for longer transit times due to carrier errors.

Transit times vary city to city and can vary due to holiday volume or natural disasters. We have no control over transit once it leaves our facility and are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
