Shipping

Order Processing, Tracking and Shipping:  Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days.  Once your order is ready to ship, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.  Our shipping partners are USPS and UPS.  

Our most common shipping method is the United States Post Office:

First Class Mail shipping averages 2-5 days
Priority Mail shipping averages 1-4 days - comes with $50 insurance
Express Mail shipping averages 1-2 days - comes with insurance

Order with upgraded "Priority Shipping" will ship either USPS or UPS.  Our team will pick the faster of the 2 methods.  Priority orders get bumped to the top of our shipping queue.  

UPS has similar shipping time frames.  These shipping day averages are not a guarantee. We are not responsible for longer transit times due to carrier errors.

Transit times vary city to city and can vary due to holiday volume or natural disasters. We have no control over transit once it leaves our facility and are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

Puerto Rico and international customers may incur shipping surcharges and will be notified if required.

How Does Route Work?
If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

When Should I File a Claim?
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered. 
  • Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
  • For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.

Damaged

  • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
