Shipping

Order Processing, Tracking and Shipping:  Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days. Because we begin processing orders quickly, any changes to your order (including items, sizes, colors, shipping address, or shipping method) must be requested as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, but our team will always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible. Once your order is ready to ship, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.  Our shipping partners are USPS and UPS.  

Our most common shipping method is the United States Post Office:

Standard Shipping averages 3-7 days
Expedited Shipping averages 1-4 days - comes with insurance
Express Mail shipping averages 1-2 days - comes with insurance

Order with upgraded "Expedited Shipping" will ship either USPS or UPS.  Our team will pick the faster of the 2 methods.  Priority orders get bumped to the top of our shipping queue.  

UPS has similar shipping time frames.  These shipping day averages are not a guarantee. We are not responsible for longer transit times due to carrier errors.

Transit times vary city to city and can vary due to holiday volume or natural disasters. We have no control over transit once it leaves our facility and are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

We always do our best to get your order out the door as quickly as possible! Please note that the delivery date shown by Shop Promise is an estimate- not a guarantee. Orders may arrive before or after the estimated date depending on shipping carrier transit times and other unforeseen delays.
