FAQ of the Day: How to Return an Item to Mila and Rose

Whether it be a twirl dress, baby bodysuit, purse, or hair accessory, we want you to love everything about your Mila & Rose order. If something isn’t quite right and you would like to make a return, we’re happy to help you. Here are some of the most common questions we get about returns:

How many days do I have to return a Mila & Rose item?

You have 21 days from when your item was delivered to return it to Mila & Rose. It must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition you received it, and the tags must still be attached. We’re unfortunately unable to accept returns past the 21 day mark.

What items can I NOT return to or exchange with Mila & Rose?

You cannot return or exchange any items that were on SALE (including Mystery Dress packages), swim garments without the hygiene layer still attached, and gift cards.

Is the cost of shipping my returned item to Mila & Rose covered?

Unless you received the wrong item, there's a manufacturing defect, or you purchased Returns Coverage at checkout, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Because Returns Coverage is valid for a one-time use, whenever it has been processed using the prepaid label, any additional returns from that order will require the customer to cover the cost of return shipping.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Once confirmed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped to you.

What if I'm returning a gift?

What if I need to return or exchange a Mila & Rose item purchased from a local retailer?

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns purchased through the milaandrose.com website. Contact the store you purchased it from directly to inquire about their return and exchange policies.
